Public Housing Agency Plans

The Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plans provide families participating in federal housing assistance programs, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the public with information on the HPHA's policies, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals. There are two parts to the PHA Plan: the 5-Year Plan, which the HPHA must submit to HUD once every 5th fiscal year; and the Annual Plan, which is submitted to HUD every year.

Capital Fund Program 5-Year Action Plans

The Capital Fund Program (CFP) 5-Year Action Plan describes the capital improvements necessary to ensure the long-term physical and social viability of the HPHA's public housing developments, including the capital improvements to be undertaken within a given 5-year period, their estimated costs, the status of environmental reviews, and any other information required by HUD.

Annual Reports

The HPHA submits an Annual Report to the Hawaii State Legislature in compliance with section 356D-20, HRS. The report provides a general update on all major programs and includes the activities and accomplishments of each of the agency's administrative offices over the course of the previous fiscal year.
